These Terms govern your use of Curo, an AI email-triage service at curomail.com. By creating an account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to these Terms.
Curo connects to mailboxes you authorize, triages incoming mail, and helps you draft replies. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse-engineering or overloading the service, and no using Curo to send spam or content that violates a mailbox provider's terms.
Curo drafts replies and triage notes using AI. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it. Drafts are suggestions; Curo does not send a reply without your action. AI output can be wrong — treat importance scores and drafts as assistance, not final judgment.
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your email content. You grant Curo the limited rights needed to operate the features you enable (e.g., reading, triaging, and — on your action — sending mail on your behalf).
We work to keep Curo reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or mis-triaged email, or for any indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Curo assists with your inbox; it does not replace your own judgment about what matters.
You may stop using Curo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or abuse risk.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
